The solution process

We follow six stages for a digital signage project:

  1. Identify your requirements
  2. Liaising with the client and/or the client's media agency, we will identify your digital signage objectives.

  3. Design a solution
  4. A detailed design is formulated based on the client's requirements incorporing displays, computing hardware, the client's existing IT environment and installation procedures.

  5. Design the content
  6. Upon approval of the project, content is developed either inhouse or in conjunction with the client's third party graphics company.

  7. Roll out the hardware
  8. Skilled technicians install the displays and playback hardware at the client's nominated sites.

  9. Hosting/Broadcasting the content
  10. Content is hosted on BJT Multimedia's servers and prepared prior to hardware rollout. The content is therefore ready for viewing as soon as the installation is finished.

  11. Content scheduling, maintenance and support
  12. Rest assured, fresh content is always delivered on time to the displays according to schedule plans set by the client. Player PC health monitoring is conducted remotely to ensure downtime is an absolute minimum.
